If you are not able to make your security deposit, several reasons are possible:
Your bank card is not eligible for Swikly. We accept VISA and MasterCard. Some countries are also restricted. Click here to view the full list of accepted cards.
Your card details are incorrect. Please double-check the information you entered in the deposit form.
3DSecure authentication failed. You may not have entered the code sent to your mobile by SMS or didn’t follow your bank’s instructions to validate the online transaction. 3DSecure authentication is mandatory to secure your deposit with Swikly.
Your bank is blocking the transaction (for security reasons, for example). We recommend contacting them to authorize the online payment.
In most cases, an error message will indicate the reason for the failure.
