If you are not able to make your security deposit, several reasons are possible:

  • Credit card details are incorrect: we invite you to check the details you entered in the Swikly secured form

  • 3DS authentication failed: you did not enter the 3DS code received on your mobile phone sent by your bank or you did not follow the indications from your bank in order to confirm your online transaction

  • Your bank refused the transaction with Swikly (for security measure for example) : we invite you to contact them to accept the transaction


In most cases, an error message tells you the reason for the failure.
