If an accidental damage occurs during the stay, and the security deposit is debited, the tenant must report a claim in order to be reimbursed.  


To declare the claim, he needs to click on the link present in the confirmation email of the subscription to the Security Deposit Insurance. 

 

The tenant will then be redirected to the claim declaration portal where he will be asked for the amount to be reimbursed and the IBAN to which to make the transfer.
