Swikly offers an online check-in feature in order to allows clients to take photos and videos, on arrival and departure, if they notice any damage or problems when they move in.

By activating this feature, we send an email to your client on the day of arrival, to offer him to make an self online check-in.

As soon as an online check-in is done by one of your clients, you receive an email, then you can check photos and comments left by your client and react accordingly.

This option is activated by default in your Swikly account, in the « Profile » tab. You can deactivate it at any time by unchecking the box « Activate the online inventory of fixtures for your customers ».
