Swikly offers an online check-in feature which lets clients take photos and videos, on arrival and departure, if they notice any damage or issues.

When activating this feature, we send an email to your client on the day of arrival, to offer him to make an online check-in.

As soon as the online check-in is done, you receive an email, where you can check photos and comments left by your client and react accordingly.

This option is activated by default in your Swikly account, in the « Profile » tab. You can deactivate it at any time by unchecking the box « Activate the online inventory of fixtures for your customers ».
