If you are a company, you must provide the following documents in the “Legal Document” tab on your Swikly account : 

• The manager's ID (front and back on the same page) or valid driving licence
• Proof of registration of 3 months old maximum 
• Most recent company statutes initialed, dated and signed 
• UBO (to fill in online) on your Swikly account in the “Legal Documents” tab 

The UBO (Ultimate beneficial Owner) : 

If your company board includes legal entities we ask you to mention the personal information of the legal representative of these companies. 

Special circumstances : If your company statutes do not specify : the shareholders or the distribution of the shares of each are not clearly defined, or if a legal entity owns a majority of shares of the capital, then an additional document to be signed will be requested by our team.
