If you do not carry out an inventory of fixtures with your clients, and they notice damage on their arrival, we invite them by email to make an online check-in by taking photos and comments that they can upload on our check-in platform directly.

Once this has been done, you are notified by email of any damages found by your client, so that you can be more reactive !

This option could be enabled or disabled directly from your Swikly account.

At any time, you can check these photos directly from your dashboard, by clicking on « Details » next to the relevant transaction.
